Social Notes

· We enjoyed three summer TGIF gatherings which were well attended. Thanks to all who joined in the evenings as we mixed and mingled! It was a great way to visit with neighbors.

Upcoming Meetings

· The Annual CPTOA General Membership Meeting will be December 6th, 7:00pm, held at the Winfield Library in  the lower level meeting room.

Board News

· Snow removal service will be provided by Elevations Landscaping for 2023-2024.

Monday, May 2nd will be Outdoor Spring Cleanup by Elevations Landscaping

Branches will be picked up, areas raked, and debris removed.

Gutter Replacement Project

Work is ahead of schedule and is going well! Thanks, Bruce Diederich for heading up this project!

Wednesday, April 27th -  Was our Neighborhood General Membership Meeting

20 attended!  Thank you for attending, your input, and your interest!

Updates and discussions focused on upcoming projects and concerns.

Friday, April 29th   -  Was our “Walkaround” with Kramer Tree Specialist and Elevations Landscaping Co

10 took part! Thank you!

We walked the property with each company reviewing areas of concern:

Austrian pine trees will be sprayed and crab apple trees. Several dead trees will be removed. Shrub trimming is not needed this year. Turf restoration and review of downspout issues were reviewed. Plans to be developed within our budget.

We welcome two new Babies on the block!

Adam was born December 2021, parents are Lena Zimmerer Doug Zimmerer

Izzy (Elizabeth) was born March 2022, parents are Kelly and Chad Karwoski

The landscaping committee is reviewing ideas to improve our grounds. More to be shared as plans develop.
